Subject:
A great radio in-studio performance
Nic Harcourt has a repuation for providing amazing interviews and performances on his Santa Monica (Los Angeles), CA public radio show "Morning Becomes Eclectic". He doesn't dissapoint by bringing Andrew Bird into the studio ... the opening set: "Sovay", "Nervous Tic Motion Of The Head To The Left", and "Measuring Cups" all sound amazing and are great mellow versions with great loopings. The interview isn't that good, which is suprising, but still decent. The closing set of music is good, but I liked the opening set better. A really great musical performance and the fact that it is streaming makes it even sweeter. Give this radio performance a mellow listen and you'll be a new fan. Great stuff!

Subject:
oddly familiar yet completely strange groove without a commanding groove
i have just started listening to andrew bird and i dig the vibe. it is really unique so much that its individuality is quite welcoming. Coming from a huge keller fan anyone looping is always difficult but really well...oddly familiiar yet completely stange groove without a commanding groove
